The purchased product is then distributed across different point of sales through dealers. Warranty for the product is also given to the customers. Customers can return the product in case of defects. Similarly the organization can return the products purchased on identifying defects. The organization purchases the stock from suppliers and sells to customer via dealers or directly. The organization has to maintain the stock details, so that they can purchase the new stock when the existing stock amount reaches a particular threshold. Credit facility is provided to the Customers for purchasing the products. Credit facility is of two types, Credit Amount limit and Credit Day limit. Customers can make use any of these methods. This application generates monthly or weekly reports on sales, purchases, stocks, dealers etc. which helps the organization to easily analyze the business progress. All the above processes are automated in the proposed application.
